- Ignoring debt can lead to serious consequences, including legal action, wage garnishments, and damage to your credit score.
How to pay your outstanding debt
Step 1: Visit the High Court Bailiffs website provided on the Removal Action Notice.
Step 2: Make payment in full before the payment deadline shown on the Removal Action Notice is reached.
Payment method
You will typically be able to pay by bank transfer or debit card.
You should never pay a
company or an amount that is not specified on the Removal Action Notice, and you should never pay
anything without having first seen a Removal Action Notice.
I am being evicted
If you have been visited by a High Court Bailiff who has been instructed to remove you
from your home or place of business, this means that the case has already been sent to the High
Court and a Writ of Possession has been issued.
